She will be there to make sure the night runs smoothly and be there to organise a new girl if an emergency cancellation happens. 

There will be no phone sitters, no lateness or early leavers. If you want to keep the girls for a little longer and extend the night into the early hours that will be taken care of, dances and extras are to be taken care of hassle free on the night. She also has a few sneaky tricks up her sleeve which she will reveal on the night.
